How to complete Wumbo tasks for the Bybit x Monad ecosystem airdrop
In this tutorial, we’ll explore how you can complete a series of tasks in Wumbo for the Bybit x Monad ecosystem airdrop.
Task: Earn points by Testnet trading with Bi-directional Perps and Burst-LPs on Wumbo
Step 1: Navigate to the Wumbo homepage and click on Connect Wallet in the upper-right corner of the page. Connect your Bybit Wallet to receive 500 points.
Step 2: Trade on the Wumbo Testnet using your newly earned points. Your points will be converted into mainnet rewards once the Testnet event ends.
Bi-directional Perps
Step 1: To trade Bi-directional Perps, you’ll first need to select a token pair you’d like to bet on by clicking on the drop-down menu.
Step 2: Select the amount of points you want to bet (1, 10 or 100).
Step 3: Click on the Start button and your position will run for 60 seconds. It starts at 0 and increases in value as the token pair’s price moves in either direction.
Step 4: You can stop at any time to lock in your earnings by clicking on the Stop button.
Step 5: To create a new position, you’ll first need to click on Reset.
Burst-LP
Step 1: To trade Burst-LP, click on the Mini tab. Just as with Normal LPing, Burst-LPing is a bet that the price will return back to near where it started.
Step 2: This lets you LP with extreme leverage (100–10,000x) for a short amount of time. Your position starts at the same value as your deposit.
Step 3: Click on the Start button to start market making. In the beginning, the impermanent loss will outweigh any fees you earn, but over time, as the price bounces back and forth, the fees will accumulate.
Step 4: Just as with Bi-directional Perps, you can stop and reset at any time.
You can try out these two Wumbo products first in order to understand how they work before going live with real USDC on the Monad Mainnet. Any points you earn here can be kept for Wumbo’s eventual launch events.
Tip: There’s an exclusive 5x multiplier on points!
