Solayer, launched in August 2024, is Solana’s first native restaking and liquid restaking protocol, allowing users to earn yield by securing additional decentralized applications (DApps) with staked SOL or Solana-based LSTs like mSOL, JitoSOL, and bSOL. Similar to Ethereum’s EigenLayer, Solayer enables restaking for extra rewards.
